The Act respecting remunerated passenger transportation by automobile is a law of Québec that establishes the rules applicable to remunerated automobile transportation of passengers. As part of its mandate, the SAAQ enforces certain aspects of this law, which falls mainly under the responsibility of the Ministère des Transports.
