Access to Information and Protection of Your Personal Information

If you would like to obtain information on your driving record or your pre-authorized debits, if you would like to receive a copy of your compensation file or if you would like to check the validity of a driver’s licence, use our online services⁠ ⁠ or contact us by email.

The Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of Personal Information⁠ ⁠ states that you have the right to have your personal information kept confidential. In addition to your right to access administrative documents, the Act recognizes your right to access your personal information and to correct any file containing personal information about you if that information is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, or if the collection, release or keeping of such information is not authorized by the Act.
