Storing a Vehicle, Taking a Vehicle out of Storage or Discarding a Vehicle

Putting a vehicle into storage means taking a vehicle off the road for later use. A stored vehicle is licensed for road use when it is to be operated again. A vehicle is discarded when it will never be operated again, as in the case of a total loss.
