Accessibility enables people living with a disability and those with various difficulties to have access to information online.

We are committed to ensuring that our site and all its content complies with the government of Québec's Web accessibility standard (standard sur l’accessibilité des sites du Web du gouvernement du Québec – in French only). Most of our site's current content complies with this standard.

However, some content does not comply entirely with the standard:

the SAAQ acronym, which is undefined and stands for Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec

the Online P@yment service that is used to pay fees associated with a number of online services
