We will refund you up to $80 for the cost of the detailed medical report issued by your physician. To demonstrate that your state of health has deteriorated, you must consult a physician of your choice.

Finding a physician
Unfortunately, the SAAQ cannot help you find a physician or get an appointment more quickly. If you do not have a physician, refer to the list of network clinics in your area.

Once we have received your documents, your application will be analyzed and a written decision will be mailed to you.
If you disagree with the decision, call us for more information. If you are still unsatisfied, you have the right to contest the decision.
