Medical Reports

If you have sustained injuries in a traffic accident, the SAAQ can reimburse expenses related to the production of medical reports.

What you should know

The public automobile insurance plan provides for the reimbursement of expenses paid for medical reports required to process your compensation claim. They are reimbursed in accordance with the established maximum amounts and the reports must be submitted at our request.

Maximum reimbursements for medical reports

• $35 for an initial report
• $93 for an assessment report
• $93 for progress report
• $88 for an aftereffects report

Reimbursement

Medical reports are reimbursed on presentation of invoices.
