The SAAQ has set up Espace SAAQclic helpdesks at all its service centres in order to help people access SAAQclic online services.
Staff at these helpdesks can help you create a Government Authentication Service account in just a few minutes, and the process requires only two pieces of identification instead of four.
Once your account has been created, you can carry out any operations you wish at one of the self-service kiosks, with help readily available if need be. The services available at Espace SAAQclic helpdesks are the same as those available online via SAAQclic.
Keep in mind that SAAQclic is the quickest way to carry out operations while avoiding lines in service outlets.
Espace SAAQclic helpdesks have been created to assist people who need help using SAAQclic online services and to address situations where people have trouble creating their account online.
