Are you 14 years of age or older? Do you use SAAQ services? Register for the SAAQ panel to participate in consultations and help improve our services.

By joining this community, you will be able to:

• share your opinion and contribute to the development of services offered
• help the SAAQ identify your needs and expectations regarding these services
• help guide SAAQ decisions and projects

Participating in the panel

1. Register by filling out a short questionnaire.
2. Confirm your registration via your inbox.
3. Reply to the email invitations.

You will not be paid for your panel participation. You can decide whether or not to participate based on your interests and availability.

Consultations

Consultations usually take the form of a web questionnaire. You may also be invited to test new digital interfaces or participate in focus groups either in person or online.

Consultations will address topics associated with the SAAQ’s mission and values such as:

• Our services
  Your level of satisfaction, your comments and suggestions for service development, your ideas on how to improve our services
• Our projects
  Your opinion on upcoming projects
• Our communication methods
  Your communication preferences
