"Cannabis Is Stronger Than You Think"
The 2021 campaign – "Cannabis is Stronger Than You Think" – reminds people that the effects of cannabis impair a person’s ability to drive.
From 2015 to 2019, among drivers killed in road accidents in Québec:
- 37% had legal or illegal drugs in their bloodstream
- 21% had cannabis in their bloodstream
