The purpose of the 2003-2004 campaign – “Remember, you're not the only one on the road. Think about... SLOWING DOWN” was to call upon all drivers to be responsible citizens, since many do not consider speeding to be a problem.

Speeding in a 50 km/h zone

The commercial shows a man driving slightly over the speed limit who manages to bring his vehicle to a stop at the very last second to avoid hitting a young boy who suddenly emerges in front of his vehicle.

Speeding in a 90 km/h zone

The commercial shows a man driving well over the speed limit who, after a curve in the road, comes up suddenly behind a truck and can’t bring his vehicle to a stop. To avoid hitting the truck, the driver swerves into the opposite lane and collides with an oncoming vehicle carrying a mother and her daughter.
