Documents Released Further to an Access to Information Request

The SAAQ may release documents further to an access to information request, provided that they can be made public under the law.

However, such documents will not be released if they:

  • contain personal information or are confidential in nature
  • contain information provided by a third party
  • may affect the administration of justice or public safety

Documents are released along with an anonymized letter from the person in charge of access to documents and the protection of personal information. The date indicated corresponds to the date on which the documents were sent to the person who made the request. Information that could identify the person who made the request is blacked out (hidden) in order to ensure anonymity.

Please note that documents are available in French only.
