Modernized services: A new service centre opens in Saguenay
We are pleased to announce that our new Saguenay service centre, located at 2671, boulevard Mellon, opened its doors on June 17, 2024. This marks the beginning of a new era with a modernized service delivery concept.
This new approach will be tested and optimized at the Saguenay service centre with the aim to complete over 150,000 service transactions annually, with an average of 350 per day. All SAAQ services will be available under one roof.
This next-generation service centre includes:
- a customer service zone for your appointments;
- three road safety awareness zones where you can find information on safe road behaviours;
- a SAAQclic helpdesk where you can learn more about our SAAQclic web portal and how to use our online services;
- a more spacious motorcycle area for conducting outdoor tests;
- an area reserved for carrier enforcement officers for better coordination;
- a kids’ corner to keep youngsters occupied while their parents are being served.
