Vehicle Registration Certificates Printed Free of Charge Until May 15, 2023

Update: Note that we will print registration certificates free of charge until further notice.

Vehicle owners who went to a service outlet or a certified dealer after February 20, 2023 were unable to obtain their vehicle registration certificates because of technical issues with SAAQclic. We have been able to identify some of these vehicle owners, and will be mailing them their registration certificates.

Note that if your registration certificate was issued after February 20, 2023, you can view it and print it free of charge at any time via your SAAQclic account.

If your registration certificate was issued after February 20, 2023 but you do not have access to SAAQclic, we can print your certificate for you free of charge until May 15, 2023. If you wish to take advantage of this offer, please send us your request using one of the following options:

    Select “Other” and complete the required form. In the “Inquiry” section, select “Vehicle registration or sale” from the drop-down list.
  • private Facebook message
    Go to the SAAQ’s Facebook page and click on “Message.”

You will receive your vehicle registration certificate in the mail.
