Pilot project to be conducted in five service centres
The SAAQ will be conducting a new pilot project in five service centres, from January 8 to March 22, 2024. This project aims to improve customer experience by reallocating tasks among SAAQ customer service agents. The following five service centres have been strategically chosen to participate in this pilot project:
- Cap-aux-Meules
- Gaspé
- Baie-Saint-Paul
- La Sarre
- Ville-Marie
As of January 8, 2024, these centres will operate according to the following schedule:

his will enable customer service agents working at these service centres to give their call centre counterparts a helping hand. We are committed to optimizing customer service whether in person, over the phone or online. We are confident that this pilot project will increase the overall effectiveness of our services.
