The 2019 campaign – "Cannabis is Stronger Than You Think" – reminds road users that the effects of cannabis impair a person’s ability to drive.
From 2013 to 2017, among drivers killed in road accidents in Québec:
- 34% had legal or illegal drugs in their bloodstream
- 20% had cannabis in their bloodstream
