Replacing an Accessible Parking Permit

In the event an accessible parking permit or accompanying certificate is lost, damaged or stolen, it is important that you request a replacement from the SAAQ.

What you have to do

Fill out the Accessible Parking Permit Cancellation or Replacement (PDF, 287.9 KB)⁠ form:

Fees

• Replacement of the permit, including the accompanying certificate: $20.10
• Replacement of the accompanying certificate alone: $5.45

Processing time

It takes 2 weeks (10 business days) to process your request and mail your new permit or accompanying certificate.

What to do in the meantime?

Until you receive your new permit or certificate, you cannot use parking spaces reserved for disabled persons. We recommend that you plan your trips ahead of time so someone can accompany you.
