Use SAAQclic to transfer or register a used vehicle

Before you begin, make sure the following eligibility criteria are met:
- the vehicle must be classified as a “passenger vehicle”;
- it must be less than 25 years old;
- you must have no unpaid fines associated with your vehicle;
