New Drummondville Service Centre Grand Opening!
July 7, 2025 – Today is the grand opening of the SAAQ’s brand new service centre located at 875, boulevard Lemire in Drummondville. This modern service centre offers a revamped client experience featuring a personalized reception service, client-centred service delivery areas and services that are tailored to the needs of the population.
Among the most significant innovations is a closed track testing area for motorcycles and heavy vehicles. With an improved design that reflects the realities of the road and more safety features, this closed track will make the Drummondville service centre a major regional hub for driving tests.
The new service centre also features:
- a receptionist to direct clients upon arrival;
- a service delivery area with 15 service counters;
- a SAAQclic helpdesk with five self-serve kiosks;
- three road safety awareness zones;
- optimized workspaces to efficiently support service centre operations;
- an International Registration Plan (IRP) service desk, only available at 11 service centres in Québec.
The SAAQ encourages Drummondville residents to make an appointment before heading to the service centre, or to carry out their operations online through SAAQclic , which is available 24/7.
