2010 Young Drivers Campaign – Speed
“Speeding, Too High a Price to Pay!”
To raise awareness among young motorists about the dangers and tragic consequences of speeding, the SAAQ took its speeding awareness campaign back on the road in spring 2010.
The campaign included:
- a “convoy” of accident-damaged vehicles mounted on 4 tow trucks
- a squad of 10 young people
- a tour across 8 cities in Québec
- a simulation of an accident caused by speed
The convoy parked in front of Radio NRJ studios in the morning, and then made its way to bars and youth-oriented events in the evening.
