New service centre opens in Montréal’s east end

The new Place Versailles service centre has officially opened to meet the growing demand for SAAQ services in Montréal’s east end. With this sixth service centre in the metropolitan region, we aim to offer Montrealers greater access to our services.

The new service centre is centrally located in the Place Versailles shopping centre on Rue Sherbrooke Est and provides optimal accessibility, with a large parking lot and easy access via public transit. With 38 customer service counters, our new location has the capacity to handle 800 appointments per day. To facilitate newcomer integration, 340 appointment slots are reserved for new residents who wish to have their driving experience acquired outside Québec recognized.

The Place Versailles service centre also includes a SAAQclic helpdesk, which has been designed to assist clients with their online operations and encourage customer self-service. In addition, road safety awareness zones will be created to promote safe behaviour on our roads.
