Tabling of the 2024 annual report
The SAAQ's 2024 annual report (available in French only) has been tabled in the National Assembly of Québec by Deputy Premier and Minister of Transport and Sustainable Mobility Geneviève Guilbault.
Here are some highlights:
- $598 million in surplus capital to be remitted in the form of a payment holiday for most driver’s licence holders in 2025
- 2.6% fewer accident victims when compared to the average for the last 5 years
- Opening of 2 new modernized service centres with special road safety awareness zones
- Improved levels of satisfaction, as follows:
- 8/10 among clients
- 7.5/10 among partners
- 8/10 for online services
- Nearly 1.7 million SAAQclic accounts created
- Personalized support offered over the phone, by appointment and at SAAQclic helpdesks now available at all SAAQ service centres
