If you are You are considered a resident of Québec if your principal residence is in Québec. Your principal residence is the place where you ordinarily reside. You can have more than one residence, but only one can be identified as your principal residence. and have made an appointment to have your driving experience acquired outside Québec recognized, you must bring certain documents with you to your appointment to help us analyze your file.
