Once we have received your claim for property damage, we will begin analyzing your file as soon as possible. If necessary, a compensation officer will contact you. We could ask you to provide additional documents.
If you are unsatisfied with the decision rendered by your compensation officer, you can contest it before the Small Claims Division of the Court of Québec.
