If you were injured in a traffic accident and your state of health has deteriorated or worsened, you can ask the SAAQ to reassess your compensation.

Here are the eligibility conditions:

You previously suffered a period of disability because of your traffic accident and that period ended.
You resumed your occupations, your work or the work we determined for you, but your state of health has deteriorated and you are once again unable to pursue your activities.

You can apply for:

income replacement
care expenses
reimbursement of certain expenses
