The SAAQ’s 2017 drinking and driving campaign has for message “Help save the magic of the holidays. If someone close to you has been drinking, stop them from driving.” The campaign features holiday characters and encourages people to step in and prevent loved ones who have been drinking from getting behind the wheel.
The holidays are a great time to get together as a family or throw a party with friends. If your loved ones have been drinking, don’t let them get behind the wheel. Take their keys, drive them home, pay for their taxi, invite them to stay over—do whatever it takes to keep them from driving.
A commercial will be broadcast on French-language specialty channels, online and on social media from April 17 to May 14, 2017 and from October 23 to November 13, 2017.
