In 2016, the awareness campaign on speeding focuses on a driver’s sense of guilt after hitting someone. It’s too late to go back.
While this campaign is directed at all drivers, it targets in particular men between the ages of 25 and 44. The goal is to encourage them to slow down and reduce the risk of accidents.
According to some studies, reducing the average traffic speed by 5 km/h would decrease the number of accidents by 15% per year.
