The goal of the 2016 motorcycle safety awareness campaign is to get motorcyclists to think about how vulnerable they are and to encourage them to be careful and to adopt safe, predicable and respectful behaviour on the road. The campaign includes two French-language TV commercials on the theme “There’s a little voice inside telling you to stay alive. Ride safely,” as well as Facebook messages.
To enjoy riding a motorcycle safely, motorcyclists must be aware of the risks involved in riding a motorcycle and managing them appropriately before heading off on the road. It’s all a question of attitude, behaviour, knowledge and skills.
