2014 Drinking and Driving Campaign

“It's All Tied to One Decision”

Drinking and driving is an unacceptable behaviour that still occurs too frequently. In 2014, the SAAQ launched an awareness campaign that emphasized the legal and financial consequences of drinking and getting behind the wheel.

Even though behaviours are improving, alcohol-related traffic accidents still occur far too often.

The goal of the campaign – on the theme “It's All Tied to One Decision” – was to show that a conviction for drinking and driving has serious legal and financial consequences for both the offender and his or her family.
