If you own a disabled parking permit issued in a country other than Canada, the United States or a country that is a member of the International Transport Forum (ITF), you must file an application and prove that you hold such a permit.
Step 1 – Fill out the Disabled Parking Permit Application (PDF, 146.6 ko) form.
Step 2 – Enclose a copy of your permit with the form and mail to:
