Replacing a Damaged or Defective Licence Plate

We have received your replacement request. Your confirmation code is . Keep a copy of this message or write down today’s date and the confirmation code. Have this information with you when driving your vehicle until you receive your new plate by mail (within approximately 20 to 40 business days).

Once you have received your new licence plate, don’t forget to return your damaged licence plate (using the postage-paid envelope enclosed with the new plate, for addresses in Canada only). If you are unable to, bring the licence plate to a service outlet during business hours, no appointment necessary.

Fees of $11.70 will be charged for the replacement of your damaged licence plate. You will receive a payment notice within 15 business days. You can pay these fees through your financial institution.

    You will have to return your defective plate to us to confirm that the reflective film is peeling off.
