A vehicle is discarded when its owner no longer wants to use it, often because the vehicle has become inoperable or is very old. Discarding a vehicle is a definitive operation. Do not confuse discarding a vehicle with storing a vehicle.
Have on hand the most recent registration certificate for the vehicle to be discarded.
