Completing a return to work report

You can use this online service to complete your return to work report.

You can provide information about the income you earned further to your return to work on the interactive form, which can then be submitted automatically to the SAAQ.

Before you start

Have on hand: 

  • your claim number
  • personal information that will be used to identify you (last name at birth, first name, date of birth and postal code)

You must keep your claim number and personal information confidential.

Who can use this service?

Any accident victim who receives an income replacement indemnity and who is returning to work. It allows you to declare hours worked at the end of each work week. This declaration is mandatory and allows your compensation officer to adjust or extend payment of your income replacement indemnity.

Important information

Allow several days for the information you submit to be processed.

Monday through Saturday, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Sunday, from noon to 11:00 p.m.

Important: Any operation completed after 11:00 p.m. will not be recorded.
