If you are paying for your driver's licence or vehicle registration by pre-authorized debits, you can change your banking information directly online.
Important: When you change your banking information, you must indicate the date on which the change is to take effect, that is, the date on which we can start withdrawing payment from your new account. That way, you can be sure that payment will be withdrawn from the right account at the right time.
Please note that we charge a fee for any refused bank transaction.
Have on hand:
Monday through Saturday, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Sunday, from noon to 11:00 p.m.
Important: Any operation completed after 11:00 p.m. will not be recorded.

Businesses must use the online service for businesses (French only).
Individuals who have registered their vehicle under more than one name (joint ownership or joint lease) as well as individuals with one or more subdivisions on file can find out the procedure to follow by phone, or by going to one of our service outlets to make the change.
Individuals receiving compensation following a road accident can phone us to change their banking information.
Please note that mobile devices are not supported by our online services.
If you are using a different web browser or an older version than the ones mentioned above, you may have difficulties with some of our online services. Please do not use trial versions of software or software under development (alpha, beta, RC).
