If you have cancelled your driver's licence or probationary licence, if your licence is expired or if you haven't paid the annual fees, you may request a new licence, provided the request is made within a maximum period of 3 years.

If you cancelled your licence after it had expired

The expiry date applies.

Important! If, before it was cancelled, your licence was suspended, revoked or the licence fees remained unpaid, your licence may have been void for longer than you think.
