Accumulation of demerit points
ChangeIf your driver's licence was revoked for an accumulation of demerit points, you must wait until the penalty period has ended before taking a reinstatement test to obtain a new licence.
If you reach or exceed the number of demerit points in your bracket, your licence will be revoked and your right to obtain one suspended.
